Adult Community Based

General

  • For individuals whose treatment needs are better met in the community than through traditional office-based services.

Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT)

  • A multi-disciplinary, team-based treatment program for individuals diagnosed with a severe mental illness who meet state criteria for intensive community-based treatment.

Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT)

  • A voluntary program for justice-involved individuals better served in community-based treatment than incarceration.

 

 

Child Community-Based

Wraparound

  • Program designed to helps families with children that experience complex emotions reach their goals at home, school, & in the community. Wraparound emphasizes community integration and development of the family’s and youth’s social support networks.

School-based services

  • Provides school-based behavioral health services to children in Oklahoma City Public Schools who are experiencing emotional distress and/or problems at home.

Youth Transitions

  • Helps youth and young adults aged 16-25 who experience complex emotions to develop & utilize independent living skills as they embark on adulthood. Serves ages 16-25.
