NorthCare offers a variety of services for children, adults, and families, designed to help you, your child, and your family recover from mental illness, substance use, trauma, or crisis to live a life in recovery. Services are strictly confidential and offered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or veteran status.

Services

Outpatient services are available in our office, in the community, or in your home to better meet your needs.

Services include:

  • 24/7/365 Crisis Intervention Services
  • Includes mobile crisis services for youth and young adults up to age 25 who are experiencing emotional distress in Oklahoma County
  • Individual, Family, and Group Therapy
  • Medication Assisted Treatment
  • Case Management/Care Navigation
  • Peer Support Services
  • Psychiatry Services (Adult and Child)
  • Wellness Classes

NorthRock Pharmacy

The NorthRock Pharmacy is located on our General Pershing campus and provides our clients with onsite access to their medications as part of our integrated care approach.

Programs

 

Residential Treatment

At The NorthCare Family Treatment Center (FTC), mothers and children reside together while the mother is in treatment, distinguishing it from most other residential treatment facilities across the state.

The NorthCare FTC works to break the intergenerational cycles of substance use and poverty by offering the highest-quality treatment and education services to help women with substance use or co-occurring conditions recover.

Child Abuse Prevention

NorthCare works with Oklahoma Human Services and private funders to provide child abuse and prevention services to families in 45 counties across Oklahoma with the goal of preventing child maltreatment in our state.

Q Space

In a world that is often hostile and violent, NorthCare’s Q Space provides safe space that welcomes LGBTQ+ youth and young adults. Q Space isn’t a physical location – it’s a concept. Weekly meetings enable attendees to express their true selves in an environment free from judgment or shame, all while learning about health and wellness, engaging with peers, and gaining connections to local resources. These support groups are specially designed to foster a strong sense of “qmunity” and empowerment. ”

  • Young Adult Group (ages 18-25) meets Wednesdays from 7:00pm-10:00pm (doors open at 6:00pm)
  • Youth Group (ages 13 or 7th grade-17) meets Thursday from 6:00pm-9:00pm (doors open at 5:00pm)
  • Meetings are held at Herland Sisters Resources, located at 2312 NW 39th St. OKC, OK 73112
