During your initial visit you will be asked questions about your mental health and your general health.<\/p>\n<p>The information you share at this meeting is considered confidential.<\/p>\n<p>You will learn about NorthCare services and see how we can help you in addressing your concerns. You will leave with a plan for the upcoming week that will be tailored to your needs.<\/p>\n<p>During your initial visit you will need to complete some paperwork, the first visit typically takes longer. Identification Card (state I.D. with picture)**<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.) Social Security Card**<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.) Insurance Card**<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4.)
