PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT

NorthCare’s Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and the professional and administrative staff are committed to the continual appraisal of behavioral health services to assure that each individual receives the best care possible with the resources available.

NorthCare’s Performance Improvement Program is designed to systematically monitor and evaluate quality. The purpose of this program is to assess and enhance quality of care for all consumers by determining:

  • If services provided meet acceptable behavioral health standards;
  • If the services and facilities are utilized appropriately, efficiently and safely;
  • If the services are effective and satisfying to our consumers.

NorthCare consistently obtains input from our consumers in all programs about their satisfaction with our organization as well as their views and opinions about access to services and the effectiveness and efficiency of the services they receive.

NorthCare is please to present our 2007 Performance Report from our annual Consumer Satisfaction Survey.
